Initial Mining Agreements "IMA"

As mining is an asset-based investment, during any part of the Initial Mining Agreement if it becomes clear to BlueTech that mining is no longer profitable or commercially viable, BlueTech agrees to refund 100% of the IMA upon 90 days’ notice.
