How to fund your account
Four simple steps, from choosing a coin to seeing it in your balance.
Choose a coin and amount
In your dashboard, open Deposit, pick a coin and enter how much you want to add. Deposits start from $100.00.
Send the coins
We show the exact wallet address, its network and a QR code. Send the amount from your own wallet or exchange, on that network only.
Confirm your payment
Paste the transaction hash, or upload a screenshot of the payment, so we can match it quickly.
See it in your balance
Once the payment is confirmed it is added to your balance, and we let you know by notification and email.
Deposit questions
How long does a deposit take?
It depends on the blockchain and on our check of the payment. Most deposits are confirmed shortly after the network does. You can follow the status in your history.
I sent coins on the wrong network.
Contact support straight away with your transaction hash. Coins sent on a network other than the one shown may not be recoverable.
Can someone else pay into my account?
Please only deposit from wallets you own. Payments from other people may be refused.
Where do I see my deposits?
Every deposit, with its status, is listed in the history in your dashboard.
