Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and BlueTech Mining ("we", "us", "our"). They apply whenever you visit our website or use your account. By opening an account you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms, together with our Privacy policy, Risk disclosure and AML policy.

1. Who can use our services

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher.
• You must be allowed by the laws of your country to use services like ours. It is your responsibility to check this.
• You may hold one personal account only, opened in your own name, with true and complete information.

2. Your account

• Keep your password, sign-in codes and passkeys private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• We may ask you to confirm your email address and to verify your identity before you can use some or all features, including withdrawals.
• The display currency you choose when signing up is fixed afterwards and can only be changed by our support team.

3. Our services

Depending on what is available to you, our services may include Rise or Fall trading on cryptocurrency prices, copy trading, investment plans, automated trading bots, crypto swaps and cards. The features, prices, payouts, terms and limits in force are the ones shown in your account at the moment you use them.

• Trading. The result of a trade is decided only by the market price at the moment the trade ends, compared with your entry price. A correct call returns your stake plus the payout shown before you confirmed. An incorrect call loses the stake. If the price is unchanged, the trade is void and the stake is returned.
• Copy trading. An expert's record is based only on their signals that have closed. Following an expert does not guarantee any result.
• Investment plans. Each plan shows its rate, payout schedule, term, limits and when capital is returned. These plan terms form part of this agreement when you invest.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

• Only deposit from payment sources you own, and only on the network shown. Funds sent on another network, or to a wrong address, may be lost.
• Deposits are added to your balance once the payment is confirmed.
• Every withdrawal is reviewed before it is sent. Fees and minimums are shown before you confirm. A declined withdrawal is returned to your balance.
• We may delay, refuse or reverse a transaction where we are required to by law, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, error or misuse.

5. Things you must not do

• Use the services for anything unlawful, including money laundering or financing crime.
• Use software, bots or errors in our systems to gain an unfair advantage, or try to interfere with the platform.
• Open accounts for other people, or use someone else's account or payment details.
• Give false information to us.

6. Suspending or closing accounts

You can ask us to close your account at any time after withdrawing your balance. We may suspend or close an account if these Terms are broken, if we are required to by law, or to protect you, other users or us. Where the law allows, we will tell you why. Any balance that is lawfully yours will be returned to you.

7. Risk and no advice

Trading and investing in cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and you can lose some or all of the money you put in. Nothing we provide - including expert signals, guides and news - is financial, investment or tax advice. Please read our Risk disclosure.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the platform available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by market movements, by events outside our reasonable control, or by your own actions or those of third parties such as blockchain networks. Nothing in these Terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will let you know before it applies. Continuing to use your account after that means you accept the new Terms.
