How we help prevent money laundering and financial crime.

Last updated: 27 September 2026

BlueTech Mining is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and other financial crime. This policy explains the steps we take and what we expect from you.

Knowing our customers

  • Each person may hold one account, in their own name, with true and complete details.
  • We may ask you to verify your email and your identity, and to provide more information or documents at any time.
  • We may refuse to open an account, or limit an existing one, until checks are complete.

Watching for unusual activity

  • Every withdrawal is reviewed before it is sent.
  • We look out for unusual patterns, such as deposits from other people's sources or funds moved in and out with little activity.
  • Deposits should come from wallets and accounts you own. Third-party payments may be refused and returned.

What we may do

If we suspect financial crime we may delay or refuse transactions, suspend or close accounts, and report the activity to the relevant authorities where the law requires it. We may not always be able to tell you that we have done so.

Keeping records

We keep records of identity checks and transactions for as long as the law requires.
