Add your wallet address
Paste the address of your own wallet and double-check the network. We show the fee and what you will receive before you confirm.
We review and send it
Every withdrawal is checked by our team before it leaves. Once approved it is sent, and you get an email.

Is there a fee?
A 1% fee applies unless the payment method shows its own. You always see it before you confirm.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
Every request is reviewed to keep your money safe. If we need anything from you, we will get in touch.
What if a withdrawal is declined?
The amount goes back to your balance and we tell you why, so you can fix it and try again.
I entered the wrong address.
Contact support immediately. If the withdrawal has not been sent yet we can stop it; once it is on the blockchain it cannot be reversed.
