This policy explains what personal information BlueTech Mining collects, why we collect it, how we look after it and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to run your account safely and to meet our legal duties.

- Account details - your name, username, email address, country, chosen display currency and password (stored only in a scrambled, unreadable form).
- Identity documents - if identity verification applies, the documents and details you upload for it.
- Financial activity - deposits, withdrawals, wallet addresses you give us, trades, investments and other transactions on your account.
- Security and device data - sign-in times, IP address, browser type and similar information used to keep your account safe.
- Messages - what you send us through live chat, email or support tickets.
2. Why we use it
- To open and run your account, and to carry out what you ask us to do.
- To keep your account and our platform secure, and to prevent fraud and financial crime.
- To meet legal and regulatory duties, such as record keeping and identity checks.
- To send you account messages - for example when a deposit is confirmed or a withdrawal is sent.
- To answer your questions and improve our services.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
Only with those who help us provide the service - for example hosting, email delivery, identity checks, spam protection and payment processing - and only as far as they need it. We may also share information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and ourselves.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep records. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use encrypted connections, scrambled passwords, two-step sign-in and passkeys, and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please also protect your password and devices.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to some uses of it, or receive a copy. To make a request, contact us from the email address on your account. We may need to confirm it is you first.
